Windsor Waste Management has received top marks in a recent customer survey demonstrating our commitment to raising standards in the recycling and waste management industry.

The survey received a great response with nearly 100 responses from across the Asbestos Removal, Demolition & Construction Industries. WWM Info Graphic Survey

The survey rated various elements of service including customer service, ease of placing orders and waste knowledge and advice. Customers were asked to rank the various elements of service from 1 to 5 where 1 equalled poor and 5 equalled strong.

Windsor Waste Management scored an average score of 4.3 across all elements of service rated and did not rank lower than a 4 in any of the service areas surveyed.

As well as measuring service performance, Windsor Waste Management also explored the elements of service which were of most importance to our customers.

“Availability / On Time Delivery” ranked as the most important element of service, with “Price” coming in second and “Ease of Placing Orders third”.

The survey also demonstrates that our customers value service first and foremost which reflects our business values of raising standards in recycling and waste management”

We also asked customers," If there was one thing they could change about the waste management industry what would it be?."  In response to this question the area of compliance and regulations was raised numerous times with, reference to “compliance on all sites in the construction industry”, “tougher regulations and licensing” and “simplification of the regulations.”

As well as compliance “a better alternative to landfill” for asbestos waste was also raised a number of times.

Windsor Waste Management is continually investing in our systems and infrastructure to ensure we are providing our customers, with a safe, compliant and reliable service. This has been demonstrated through our successful transition the latest ISO standards earlier in the year and with the newest editions to our vehicle fleet, which offer the latest technology in safety standards and ensures we meet the requirements of the Ultra-Low Emission Zone which his due to come into effect from April next year.
