In early 2012, we will be launching a new updated version of our Online Customer Administration Service.

One of the first of its kind in the recycling and waste management industry, this online service was originally launched in 2006.

Clients are able to manage all of their paperwork online and can download and print copies of Waste Transfer Notes, Consignment Notes and Weighbridge Tickets.  Access to this site is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days of the year. In addition, clients have a comprehensive and secure record of these documents should they be required for auditing.

Windsor Waste Management is committed to continual service improvements.  In late 2010, we introduced PDA’s (personal digital assistants) for all our drivers. These are used to manage their schedule for the day and generate Waste Transfer Notes which are printed out upon completion of any work. Once all the documentation sent from the PDA’s has been checked and verified in the office, it is automatically uploaded to the Online Customer Administration Service. 

We will continue to update you on the new version of the Online Customer Administration Service.  We will also be introducing further service developments in the coming months including electronic invoicing.
