Problem

A utility company inherited this problem, when a tenant vacated their property. This storage facility was completely full of domestic and industrial size fridges, containing ozone depleting substances. Through our past experience with the client, on other locations, they understood our capabilities of dealing with problem issues such as this.

Operation

We provided experienced labour, certified fork lift drivers and with our in house transportation, cleared the site within our client’s time restraints. Our dedicated team adhered to all health, safety and environmental requirements, throughout this project.

Conclusion

A full audit report was provided to the client, detailing times, dates, quantities and destinations of all waste streams. Scrap metal removed from the site generated a value which was returned to the client.
